Rental Setup Requirements (PLEASE READ)

• Adult supervision is required at all times.

• This item requires one power outlet located within 80 feet of the setup area and on its own circuit.

• This item requires a minimum of 5 feet of clearance on all sides and must be set up on a level surface. If you're unsure, contact our office to discuss setup options.

• "The total weight of the load should not exceed 700 pounds."

• Please note that we cannot set up Bounce Houses on rocky, sandy, or gravelly surfaces, or on beaches. Also, kindly ensure that the minimum setup requirements for length, width, and height are met. For safety reasons, there should be an additional 5 feet of space along all sides of the bounce house and 1 foot of clearance overhead. To prevent accidents, all units must be secured to the ground using either stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces.

• Prior to the equipment delivery, please ensure that the setup areas are free from rocks, branches, pet waste, or any sharp objects. Please keep all inflatable equipment away from powerlines, tree branches, overhead obstructions, fences, bushes, or any other obstacles. If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email.

• If you are planning to host an event at a park or a forest preserve location, you will need to obtain a permit and possibly a certificate of insurance. Additionally, you may also be required to rent a generator, which will be added to your rental charges. To rent a generator, please visit our "Other Misc." category. If your event is not taking place in your backyard or on your property, it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits for your event.

• Delivered items must be at ground level within 100 feet of the curbside.
