Rental Setup Requirements

It is important to note that adult supervision is always necessary when using the Double Slide Castle Jump House.

This item requires one power outlet within 80' of the setup area on its circuit.

This item must be set up on a level surface with a 5-foot clear path. Call our office for setup options.

Please note that we cannot set up Bounce Houses on rocky, sandy, or gravel surfaces. Unfortunately, we do not deliver near or adjacent to the beach. For setup purposes, kindly ensure that your designated area meets the minimum length, width, and height requirements. Please allow an extra 5 feet for both length and width and an additional 1 foot for height. Lastly, all units must be secured to ensure safety.

You must remove any rocks, branches, pet waste, or sharp objects from the delivery area. Keep all objects away from powerlines, tree branches, overhead obstructions, fences, bushes, etc. If you have any concerns, please call us immediately.

If you plan to hold your event at a park or forest preserve, you will need to obtain a permit. Additionally, you might need to present a certificate of insurance or a generator, which can be added to your rental. You can find these options under "Other Misc." on our website. Please note that if the event is not taking place in your own backyard or property, it is your responsibility to acquire any necessary permits.
