Rental Setup Requirements (PLEASE READ)

• It is necessary to have an adult present for supervision at all times.

• This item requires one power outlet within 80' of the setup area on its own circuit.

• This inflatable bounce house requires a minimum clearance of 5 feet on all sides. If you're uncertain, please contact us to discuss setup options, and the setup area should be level.

• Dear user, kindly note that the inflatable moon jump has a maximum weight capacity of 500 pounds. It is crucial to distribute the weight evenly to prevent any safety risks or damage to the equipment. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a secure and productive work environment.

• Please be aware that we are unable to set up Bounce Houses on rocky, sandy, or gravelly surfaces. Furthermore, we cannot deliver to locations near or on beaches. Kindly take note of the minimum area requirements for setting up the bounce house, including length, width, and height. To ensure safety, please allow an additional 5 feet of space around all sides of the bounce house and 1 foot of clearance overhead. Thank you for your understanding.  All units must be properly secured to the ground, either by using stakes in grass or sandbags on hard surfaces.

• Before delivering equipment, it is important that you clear the setup areas of any potential hazards such as rocks, branches, pet waste, or sharp objects. Additionally, ensure that all inflatable equipment is kept away from powerlines, tree branches, overhead obstructions, fences, bushes, and similar obstacles. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact us via phone or email.

• If you will be at a park or forest preserve location you will need a permit and might need a certificate of insurance. You may also need to rent a generator, which will be included in your rental fee. Please check our "Other Miscellaneous" category to buy a generator. If your event is not in your backyard or on your property, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.

• The moonwalks that are delivered should be placed at ground level and within 100 feet of the curbside.
